He never sends it
Veil’s motivation for keeping Gemini around (in his own home, no less) is: He’s trying to change his life for the better and she fits perfectly with that plan. He’s doing something good for someone else, and she herself, her presence, offers a positive change of pace to boot. She brightens his day and gets him to have more adventures.
She stresses him out, she makes him mad, and she doesn’t always think about him. He always kind of likes her.
